Under the project name HARRY’S LOFTS & HOUSES, a sub-project of the Adler Quartiere, 116 high-quality rental apartments and townhouses have been constructed in Frankfurt’s Gallus district, with special importance being attached to different concepts and apartment sizes from 40 m² to 150 m². The mix of apartments thus created is aimed especially at the increasing number of urban-oriented singles and couples.

HARRY’S LOFTS & HOUSES is distinguished by the high quality of life it offers thanks to the creation of numerous courtyards and a dedicated square for the quarter. The timelessly attractive architecture of the building complex continues into the high-quality interior fittings. The beautifully landscaped green area that has been created in the building’s inner courtyard creates an atmosphere of well-being in the heart of the vibrant city of Frankfurt.

During the planning process, attention was paid to integrating a barrier-free storey. On the ground and first floors, townhouses featuring their own separate entrance, terrace and balcony have been developed. In addition, six penthouse apartments with private rooftop terraces have been created. All 116 living units have their own balcony and/or terrace.

All of the homes in HARRY’S LOFTS & HOUSES have generously-sized modern bathrooms with level-access showers and built-in kitchens with German branded appliances.

The living units are equipped with external or internal sun blinds. Storage rooms have been provided in the homes in addition to the basement space.

The project was successfully sold to an institutional investor in 2015.
