The OKZITAN project is situated in Düsseldorf at Toulouser Allee 2+4, by means of which it forms the southern entrance to the development area known as “Le Quartier Central”.
The OKZITAN building ensemble consists of two structures: a 99-room hotel and 3,000 m² of modern office space. The expanding hotel chain B&B as the leaseholder officially commenced its hotel operations here on 24 October 2015. The handover of the new build offices to the anchor tenant Taskom took place on 14 November 2015.
After completion, the project was successfully sold to an institutional investor.
