The new build project PALAIS AN DEN HÖFEN features classic, purposeful and contemporary architecture. At the project location in Frankfurt’s Gerbermühlenstraße, high-quality 1- to 4-room apartments, 2-storey townhouses and generously-sized penthouse apartments are being created. The floor plans range from 35 m² to 160 m²; nearly all of the apartments have balconies or terraces with gardens, and some of them have heatable conservatories. The building is largely barrier-free and offers sustainable architecture in accordance with the KfW-70 standard for energy efficiency.

All the apartments have an attractive room height of approximately 2.75 metres and are fitted with real oak parquet floors, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. All of the rental units also have high-quality built-in kitchens and Miele brand electrical appliances. The generously-sized bathrooms are distinguished by level-access showers, rain showers, designer fittings and bathtubs. The external sun blinds provide the residents with the option of individually regulating the room climate to their own personal taste.

The new build project was successfully sold to an institutional investor and was handed over upon completion.
